Zion Gateway provides a payment facilitation infrastructure for AI Agents on the Solana blockchain. We facilitate transactions between users and developers but do not take custody of funds.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, impairs, or renders the Service less efficient. You agree not to use the Service to transfer funds related to illegal activities.
Nothing in the Service constitutes professional or financial advice. We provide infrastructure only. You are solely responsible for your use of the Service and any financial decisions you make.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zion Gateway shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
